Retreat Overview
Flightpath to Stillness is a three-day spring retreat weaving together birding, wellness, and creative connection along the South Saskatchewan River.

-
Guided birding
-
Nature-based wellness
-
Creative expression
-
Rest and reflection

June is a vibrant time in the prairie valley. Native grasses are green, shrubs are in bloom, and birdsong carries from dawn into dusk. Rather than focusing solely on identification, this retreat emphasizes slowing down, listening deeply, and connecting to the rhythms of the land.
